Enrollment for the 2007-08 school year will be August 1 and 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 to 6 pm. both days. No early enrollment will be allowed.

"Please bring proof of immunizations you have had over the summer," Mr. Holland stated.

Turpin Public Schools require the payment of a fee to enroll in the following courses:

Metal shop, $50.

Wood shop, $30.

Both, $65.

Art, $25.

Vocal, $20.

The payment is due upon enrollment. Students taking the courses must have the required fees paid at enrollment or student will need to enroll in another course.

Outstanding bills are due now!

Holland said students need to be prepared for lunches at least 10 days in advance or apply for free and reduced lunches. Any outstanding lunch bills are due now.

"If you know of a new family that has moved into the community, please tell them about enrollment," Holland stated. "They need to bring proof of residence, birth certificate, social security card and immunization records."
